Who has not felt that build-up of panic? All around us we see (and hear) behaviour of out of control stress. Tension is a reality of life. Our health can be seriously impacted both a physical level. Most of the time we will notice the effect in our relationships.

Stress robs us of laughter. Anxiety is certainly not romantic!

Life is life – 2020 was ultra-tough and 2021 promises more of the same.

Whether you are suffering from everyday life stress or deep seated trauma it is important to find a means of releasing this build up in a healthy way. Anaesthetizing it with a lifestyle choice only compacts the problem.

Stimulating a natural ability to tremor (shake) is a fast, highly effective method of physical, mental and emotional tension release. Even one session will result in deep relaxation. Practicing tremoring regularly will build up resilience and an overall sense of wellbeing.
